Great news! Good to see Silva and Brands keep their word about putting some emphasis on the academy. Tied up Robinson and these two along with getting Beni on a long term last season should stand us in good stead for a while hopefully.
I wouldn't read to much into these deals, hopefully these lads make an impression in the first team, but if not they are cost neutral, we've grown and invested in them and if they dont make the first team they will have multiple loans to bring in fees, let someone else pay their wage and eventually make a pure profit as they have no book price with he club, same with Pennington.
