Maybe it's a case of 3rd choice both sides, low wage and better the devil you know without a transfer fee

Has passed his first test in flying colours. Not been sucked into the final 6 weeks of the campaign and kept Delph and clearly offered Kenny money/opportunity as a squad filler.
