And later in that same match Suarez tried to tackle him from behind, Kev jumped up and basically/had no other choice but to essentially stomp on Suarez as well. Can't find that video unfortunately.

I thought it was a terrible decision at the time. I thought it was a big risk if he had another bad season but surprise surprise he signed his deal and he had an even worse season.
We made some terrible decisions last summer, this being the worse one by far. I bet he’s still a stain on the club come August.
