He probably thought judging by most of Baines set pieces recently (and last night) that he'd either chipped it straight into the keepers arms or hit a defender.
So said bollocks to it ill show him how it's done. But missed.

I can't remember exactly, but didn't Adrian guess the right way and Baines still scored it? I would call that a near-perfect penalty.

The one at Sunderland was dreadful.......even though he scored it was an awful penno which the keeper should have saved easily.

Baines looks shot to me, he looks void of any confidence. Maybe others see it, maybe they dont, maybbe Kev saw it too.
