Why do we take so long? Man City put a bid in for rodwell, medical and done deal all in 2 days. This has took us how long?

Possibly because the lad has been away on International duty which makes access to him a little bit more difficult as in speaking to his agent and club etc. A number of international managers ban the use of mobiles at training camps.
Anyway I believe it will happen today...He will have travelled home yesterday after Wednesdays International..spoken to his agent all day and will probably be at 30,000 ft as we speak on his way to Finch Farm.

I dont see what the big deal is, sure it would be nice to bulk the squad up and pure quality is what we lack but we're starting the season without selling one of our backbones, we got pienaar back and we've got a deadly croatian jellyfish tbh im well chuffed! We need minimum 4 players in to even make it a reasonable squad.

I dont believe it. Just looked on the Olmpiacos website and they are training at FC horst training ground currently (in holland). I live two minutes away. They are also staying at a local hotel http://www.olympiacos.org/en/article/13229/first-training-ermelo.
