Kenwright isn't failing enough...

Ok, we need to buy players, I have not disputed that. I just don't think we need to buy that many players who would walk into the first XI. Out of the main eleven who would you drop?

Not many mate. But to make the next step i feel we need to bring in at least 2 players who will add that extra bit of quality.

It's not a case of dropping people, the team has probably learned by now, if your out of form then you will get dropped if there is someone to replace you.

We definatly need to improve the first eleven with two to three players. Two centre midfielders and possibly a right fullback. The right back position is Neville's though so really we should be looking at two centre midfielders as priority.

You don't improve much by just boosting the squad. You'll win slightly more games because of the size but in the big games we lack the pace, strength and skill to compete. Our midfield last season wasn't good enough when we went head to head with the "big four". We failed to keep possession, we lacked power and we couldn't get beyond teams due to the lack of pace.

Osman, Carsley and Neville need to be replaced in my opinion in the first team. Obviously Carsley is gone and Osman and Nev would be excellent squad players.

I can actually see Moyes playing Neville in midfield and that useless **** Hibbert coming in at RB.

If he looking to that then I wouldn't mind us letting him go. I'm a massive Moyes fan and I can bare with him playing Neville right back but having him in centre midfield isn't the way forward. I'd seriously doubt his ambition,

Thankfully though I think he's learned from that mistake and is looking to bring a defensive midfielder in.

Hopefully. I like Neville as a RB but when Hibbert is there, it makes me absolutely furious.

I'd rather Jagielka played RB.

Agreed. That combination is a no no. Neville at right back or on the bench for me. Hibbert should always be a squad player.

Don't really understand why we are trying to second guess Moyes, we all know who he is going to have as his right back. I for one would be shocked if Hibbert isn't there from the start (injury dependant).

Are you talking about Hibbert or Neville? Who do you think Moyes will choose?

I'd be fuming. I'd thought we had gone past carrying players with no such ability at all.

I thought Hibbert had an excellent end of the season one of our better players, dont forget he didnt get a preseason last year. He is arguably the best defensive full back at the club.

Frankly i would start with Neville at RB only because of his distribution going forward is slightly better and his role in the team as captain is impottant, hibbert is as good or arguabley better defensive player.

In truth both their distribution can frustrate, Hibbery will send in errand corsses while Neville has a tendeney to launch one into orbit! For me though there is method to the madness, has anyone else noticed tat Davey will lauch his left back forward and keep the right behind in defence to cover a mistake by the centre halfs on the break?
