From the highlights he was at the heart of everything Japan did against Mexico yesterday and seemed to be playing a bit deeper than I remember seeing him before. Would be very happy with this but I can't see it happening.

Yes, you're right, which would mean there'd be a small fee.

Moyes was linked with him earlier this year, so there may have been contact with his representatives previously.

He'd be a signing that would be incredibly exciting for the entire club, as this guy is genuine class, it'd be the perfect statement of intent.

However, I'm not going to get my hopes up, as there'll be fierce competition for his signature & we manage to **** up deals where we're the only suitor, so I'm not overly hopeful.

He's the tits, like, but we'll look yet again on in envy as richer clubs get to fondle said tits.

would love to see him here but i wouldnt bet money on it. im sure theres several "bigger" clubs after him atm

Was already a very promising player when playing in the Dutch first division. You could see he was going to be a superb player. Mentioned him during that time when Neiler asked about the potential future stars in the Dutch leagues.

Disagree with you there mate. While Kagawa was at Dortmund he was one of the best counter attacking footballers I've ever seen. His footballing brain is unreal. I wish he could be played in position at United because he's wasted on the wing.


I doubt we'll pull this one off like RFUS said, other clubs will come in for him and we'll be blown out of the water.
 
Yeah just can't see it.

Can see both arsenal and spurs both being interested, even utd could benifit from him in there squad. And don't count out Brenda!!

Too many clubs, with more money and better prospects to offer him. Pretty sure there would be 2/3 bellow us who'd offer him more cash too.

I know it's highly unlikely but yet another reason for trying to get Rooney back, imagine the pull on bringing players in if he was here!

Come on....A bit of ambition and vision please board!!
 
Honda had a bit of a look of Paul Scholes about him watching him last night. not seen much apart from that though. looked exactly what we need.
