Need to give Silva 3 games with those players available in the centre.

Sadly it seems that alot of fans didnt like him from the start and that theyre not seeing the mitigating factors.

Having a Sigurdsson / Schneiderlin / Delph trio in midfield is the key problem imo...we cant play through the middle with those paper players.

Like i said though, if Gallardo is gettable id be all ovet it.

Again, none of this explains why every single player is stinking the gaff out.

Im not saying he should be sacked, I mean he should, but my stance is clear at this point on, if we cant replace him with a better manager and only if we can, then keep him. But for all his doubters, he wont be sacked cos people dont like him, results will sack him.

I dont know whether we would take such a risk on Gallardo myself or whether he would even come, I think hes on the edge of what we can attract and as @TheBigIguana pointed out, winning another Copa might push him over the edge from us.

Anyway, Jose, moody bugger, a relic from a different age? Be VERY interested in his next job, he flops there, we might have a chance next time!

A: We have no pace at centre back and so cant play a high line + neither Keane nor Mina is a covering defender (as Zouma was)...it seems to me that we are starting off in a deeper position meaning our players have further to travel to get the ball up the other end.

B: Rubbish centre midfield means we cant attack down the middle and so focus on the wide positions who they just knock it into the middle...predictable.

We need the CB with pace + a decent midfield.

I cant see a new manager changing that problem.

I read an article, can’t think where I saw it but on Google somewhere, in 2015 his record was a cup win every 34 games.
So I’ll say yes, I love the guy, pure winner.
