This. I saw Merro tweet something similar last night and got visions of the reds resurfacing it when he inevitably throws on in his own net at Anfield.

But with that said, I've been impressed so far. With distribution like his, got no idea why City didn't go all out for him tbh.

I would be worried when Robles has gone as he deserves 1st team football with another top team - and we are stuck with the Stek - that's a worry!
I would have expected a keeper who cost 30 million to be better than Robles at 2 million - our last best big keeper signing was Gordon west British record - big Nev was cheap the best I have seen for the blues World class - another keeper was an expensive David Lawson utter garbage!
Seen a lot of blues keepers since since 1963 - my we have had some poor keepers and a few greats!

Love seeing him bark at the defense. The young lad chewing Williams and Rooney like. Still amazed by the quickness and reach - the one he palmed off to the right in the second half - it was always going wide but stunned he got a palm to it and made sure it got wide.

Still plenty of season ahead but man, 30M is looking a dead silly steal.

Easy on Robles - I might be the only one that rates him at all. Agreed, Pickford is a massive upgrade but wouldn't be bummed a bit if Robles was the #2 and Stek got shuffled off to VVV Venlo or something of that ilk. Surprised they're both still at Everton to be fair - Robles should be off for first team action and the Stek should be retired to a butter churning operation.

Always looked scared.

But not as scared as I was with him between the sticks.
