There was a comment I saw this morning on the BBC sports website saying even though he wasn't playing, Pickford was as much to blame as Henderson.
The person suggested that if Pickford was so good, then managers wouldn't need to seek replacements for him.
One of the best yet I reckon.
If I was Pickford I would go full on Mary Earps and announce his retirement from International football, a fortnight before the tournament begins. Then see the proverbial hit the fan.

Pickford was all over Van Dijk's leg(which shouldn't have been where it was but that's another story)

And I’m not English.

Most of these journo's are private schoolboys who would of got bullied by people like Jordan as a kid

Jordan is a working class lad who's a little rough around the edges, in a position were people are most accustomed to relaxed calm people in that position.

He's just been typecast

Teddy Sheringham for England over players such as Les Ferdinand, Robbie Fowler, Ian Wright & Andy Cole, Teddy was a white male from the south, that helps.

The Trent Alexander Arnold thing is a thing too. If he played for Chelsea or Arsenal, he would have 100 caps

James Trafford 73 games in last 2 seasons = 31 clean sheets (28 in the Championship, 2 in the Premier League)

Jordan Pickford last 73 games = 24 clean sheets (All in the Premier League)

So all Pickford would of had to do is play 7 games for Burnley in he Championship to match that

I wouldn't swap him for anyone in the league.

Interesting though, Dean Henderson last 73 games = 26 clean sheets (All in Premier League)

I've only recently began to read the comments that they invite you to post on that site. What surprises me is how much we seem to be hated by other clubs fans.
A bit odd really in that for a so called irrelevant and crap club like ours, we seem to be in their mindset a lot.
