True mate although I still feel we have a duty to publically protect our players who the media have thrown completely under the bus these last few days.
Look at how Wenger crying about Johnson led to us never getting penalties. The RS and their media acolytes know exactly what they are doing and we should be in there throwing a counter punch.
I dont want it being tit for tat but a simple "injuries happen in football and neither Jordan or Richarlison set it out hurt an opponent so the media need to turn it in" statement from the club or Ancelotti would be more than welcome.
Mourinho would be in his element you saw him after the Spurs - Utd game "Utd can not cry about VAR decisions".
Agree with you mate, as a club we are often accused of being " too nice", I feel this is one of them occasions, and certain clubs, usually in the top 6, will often take advantage, make capitol of this. Look on the other side of the coin, apart from our players, reputation of the club, ala Merson last night, if he meant what I think he meant.
There is also the thought of Liverpool ensuring all decisions go back to going their way again and worse VAR and referee's will I'm sure start treating us a bit differently if they think our players are dirtier than other clubs, that's human nature, no smoke without fire. Funny we happen to be top of the league at this time isn't it.
