I'm not a fan but he deserves credit for Saturday not abuse.

Anyway everyone else is giving him dogs abuse for his "assault" maybe we should rally behind him for once?

Silly, He had his usual great save's with the errors in the game he is having lately-the hate from him from some of our own fans is truly unreal

Any other day his performance cost us two goals... dont be blinded by a couple of decent saves. It's literally his job to save the ball and statistically he is the worst in the league at it. The level of applause here for a keeper making a few saves is ridiculous.

this is nonsense, i'm not sending him a whatsapp to discuss how rubbish he is. Saturday was a further decline in his performance; not an improvement - that needs calling out not sweeping under the carpet because of two very flash saves

I can't stand this thing of 'it's his job'.

It's a striker's job to score goals. DCL is doing that and we're rightly lauding him.

He made six saves on Saturday and 3 of them were top quality and kept us in it.

You can say that while also pointing out he made massive errors (which ultimately didn't cost us).

I expected it to be Red and a pen, and that would have been 2 down after about 5mins, i would have been sitting there hoping it was not going to be about 5-0, but as been reported not once but about 4 times, VAR checked the Pickford foul even though it was offside and give it the OK, so he should face no ban and if somehow he does, the rules are been changed infront of us to suit the other lot and all the moaning ex pro's and media, you would think he is the only one to ever make a foul like that ever the way everything is been reported,Ie Similar to Roy Keane going by some lol

Bit Harsh. The save from the corner kept us in the game. If he's criticised for errors we can acknowledge saves aswell.
May aswell say that about any striker. You scored 30 goals? Big deal thats your job.

I know man the calls for him to get a lengthy ban are ridiculous. Not like say the Son challenge were clearly he was trying to lay one on Gomes, it was just Pickford being a brainless idiot and flying in unnecessarily. Had Van Djik been onside it would have been given as a pen so he's just lucky that he was indeed offside.
