Possibly but his stock is low now due to being in a team with zero defensive management, so chances are he won't be getting poached from us
It starts with him. He's the man in goal and therefore sets the momentum by being composed when necessary and aggressive (especially his own 6 yard box) when there's a need for it.

No, there is no commanding centre back either ability to organise the back line. It's very much a partnership goal and defence, it's just not happening at the moment. Wether this is down to change of personal formations, or zonal marking, probably all play there part in the shear panic in the back line at times. Can't blame Pickford for what's in front of him, it's woeful at times...

If I was a defender I'd have the attitudfe that I'd have to forget the GK was in goal because of his erratic nature. It cant be fun playing with Pickford as the last man to beat.

Pickford is the rock that will drive us to 8th in the table the FA Cup QF

Sandstone?

There have been many times that our defenders have forgotten what position they play, erratic goalkeeping is the least of our worries.
I think erratic goalkeeping and no striker fitting our system are our two main worries. Fix those and add a little iron in the midfield, and we’d do better.

He gets an easy pass for the most part. In part that he's young, English, and currently England's #1. He's allowed in something like 479 goals (scary if true @MarcelsGoat) in the last three seasons.
Old slippyhands conceded 349 goals in 250 games according to transfermarkt, in other words, what we’re seeing isnt a dip in form like many suggests, its just his level of goalkeeping. No sign of improving stats since his pro debut either. Jordans value assesment on there dropped almost 10million since november, understandably.
We need to sell this guy before everyone forgets the WC, cause we aint never ever making money on his PL performances.

Edit:
And all this about him still being young with potential, he’s 25 in two months. Not a young player anymore, keeper or not. He should have gotten past the bumps and improved a lot over the past few seasons, but he hasnt.
Proper championship player.

Hope he goes in this window. Is Tom Heaton or Begovic available?

Will be MASSIVE improvements on last years Player, Player's Player and Young (yeah thats right YOUNG) Player of the year.

For christs sake he hasn't done anything wrong since Spurs (I think) and even had a couple of good games in between. But yeah any opportunity to have a moan just because he is out of form, like the rest of the squad.

A goalie can't do it alone. We had Neville at his peak for a number of years and only just avoided relegation.
