Well that's normally a looney leftist trait. They suffer from being easily hurt, or have need to virtue signalling. Hypocrisy is the biggest trait they possess in abundance though.

When I wrote "looney left", I'm talking about the ones on the far left who have hijacked the left. Thus making the left unelectable in the UK & USA. But most certainly in the USA, they are a little bit more advanced in their lunacy.

And this comes from somebody who has voted "left" all his life. But will never do again in it's current state.

The guy studied in great length Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union. When his own government started introducing insane hate speech laws, it sent off alarm bells.

Forcing people to use language that only the state permits, is an abuse of state power and totalitarian in nature. It sets a dangerous precedent.

So setting rules about speech is an abuse of state power and totalitarian but “enforced monogamy” to achieve redistribution of sex to “failure” men is perfectly fine?

Mr. Peterson illustrates his arguments with copious references to ancient myths — bringing up stories of witches, biblical allegories and ancient traditions. I ask why these old stories should guide us today.

Just read that NYTimes article. Dear god. So rife with nonsensical pop Evolutionary Psychology. There is one thing he gets right though, single men can be dangerous, though this is not a novel observation in the least. But his solution..."enforced monogamy" Holy [Poor language removed] [Poor language removed]!

I really am fascinated to see if he expands on what he means about that.

I’ll assume he isn’t suggesting an ISIS like approach, not least because they don’t seem to reduce any violence!, although this older tweet from him is a bit weird.


I’m guessing he is meaning more a 1950s culture but how you promote/encourage/force that when clearly quite a lot of both sexes don’t want it? He also seems to be willfully blind to the fact there there is also quite a lot of violence perpetrated by men who are/were married - a significant number of mass shootings are done by men killing their ex partners and relatives/friends.
