VAR won't improve things. The "panel" which reviews decisions will consist of the likes of Clattenberg, Poll etc.

This is how I feel. It'll improve things slightly, but if it's just another prem ref making the decision, they still don't get it right because they're all too thick to understand the game. They haven't played it, not to any reasonable standard anyway, they just know laws, but don't understand a genuine foul, every bit of contact these days is seen as a foul these days by the baffons. Because they don't understand! What makes it worst is the rule makers making it harder for them with stupid changes. The game has been ruined.

The only defence ref's have for getting it wrong is speed of play or blindsighted. VAR removes this.

Football is a joke if that is a pen today. Can't believe some people are saying it was. Really has gone pathetic, you can't tackle anymore. Just seen the highlights of the Palace game and Zaha dived for the second pen as well for me.

Moss has always been, is, and always will be, a rank poor referee. I wouldn't let him ref a local Sunday League game...

This sums him up for me. Everton player being throttled by a Chelsea player right in front of Moss. Action taken against Chelsea player: Zilch!

It'll help. It will suck if it's slow, if it makes every goal a wait and see thing if it actually counts, but there's so much bad officiating it can't hurt.
