the hatred you lads have for lescott now is unreal and to add to the the disrespectfulness you have for city is bordering on vile.

we have done nothing wrong and for you who think we have are deluded because you cant see whats going on with your board and manager.

because we have put 2 bids in and failed you are ****ging us off and now it looks like we have conceaded defeat and move to other targets you still **** us off.

are you telling me if you had rich owners you wouldnt want to better your club?

I don't hate Lescott for wanting to join City. Football is all about money nowadays and as Lescott can at least double his wages at City, I can't blame him for wanting out. What I do hold against him though, is the fact he waited that long before coming out and handing in his transfer request.

If you read some of my posts regarding investment, you'd know I dread the day Everton becomes like City. I understand every supporter wants his team to be succesful and the best there is. There more ways to go about reaching that goal though, and don't want Everton to follow in your footsteps.

it will happen though mate as it will with most premiership clubs and when it does happen are you telling me you wont either support everton or be so pi**ed off with them?

times change and rich owners are the future even if i agree with most of your points.

Do you read the bluemoon boards? Because we havent bent over and took it from you's, they're spitting bile at our club.

You's havent done anything wrong. We should've put a stop to Citeh's pursuit of him if we're willing to keep him. If not we should've put a price tag on his head and told you's to meet it.

Yes, we'd like rich owners. But we've been in the same position under Moyes for 7 odd years, broke into the top 4, FA Cup final, consecutive 5th place finishes to be labelled "best of the rest" - the money would go to add to what we've built for 7 years and challenge.

Citeh on the other hand have gone from this time 2 seasons ago having 12 1st team players, no season tickets sold (what happened there?), a pretty mediocre club (no offence meant by it) - to spending £200million and steaming in to try to turn players heads.

Now it comes across as though the club, its manager, players, and now its fans EXPECT to be up there with Liverpool, Arsenal, Man Utd because of what has been spent before a ball has been kicked. There's an arrogance now that Citeh can buy anyone. Its like a kid given free roam in a sweet shop, he can have everything he wants. Untill he's fat, feels sick, and wonders why he ate so much so quick just for that blip of success.

Have you noticed that Citeh have bought players or tried to buy playes from clubs that need the money? And that includes Chelsea and AC Milan being that they're skint at the moment? That's not a stab but before a club can say its massive, it needs to be able to compete with the rest of them. Citeh have unlimited funds, why cant they sway players who would'nt give them the light of day 2 seasons ago? At the moment, Citeh are a club reaching, like others around them. But with how forceful they go in for players, the amounts they're willing to spent, its going to rub people the wrong way. Spurs do the same IMO. You just welcomed yourself into their club is all.

In respect to Lescott. I think its more of a case that he's not going to a bigger club - ie Arsenal, Man Utd, he's going to a team that have finished below us for seasons all because they're spending money, are obviously going for glory, and are giving him higher wages before the new look Citeh have kicked a premier league ball....

I have said from day one that id snatch your hand off for 20 million as Lescott isnt worth that in a million years . Jags is three times the player . I serious cannot believe your offering 20 million . I bet Moyes is kicking himself because if he other options Lescott would havebeen yours in July no doubt.

Lescott for 20 million ? Crazy crazy times we live in . Madness .

you don't think thats a little harsh, compared to the inflation around us? There aren't many cb's around that come up with the goals he's able to get, that majorly boosts his value and pretty much cancels out the occasional defensive gaffe in most peoples books i think.

city bid 126 million for casillas, compared to that 20 million is perfectly within reason.

I will always support Everton, but it most certainly won't be the same. Finishing fifth for the past two seasons on our budget and with the magical work by Moyes, will give me a lot more satisfaction, than becoming champions or runners up after spending 150-200 million in the space of a year.

People dislike City because the club is like a council-estate scruff that has just won the lottery and is flashing wealth around in all types of fcuking stupid directions. You've strengthened the squad, but you're absolutely nowhere near competing with teams like United, Chelsea and Liverpool. What you have is load of players that weren't wanted by big clubs but felt themselves above clubs that wouldn't pay absurd amounts of cash for them.

Make no mistake, City is currently a laughing stock. Maybe in a couple of years when you get hold of a sensible manager you will go places. But you're not anywhere yet, and Joleon Lescott will make bugger all difference to you.

And who the fcuk are you to call us vile? Over at BM there is a 900 page thread ****ging off scousers, calling Moyes a **** for not caving in to Hughes and proclaiming yourselves the biggest team in the world.

Time to wake up, lad. City is still a small team. All the best players in the world are avoiding you like the plague which is why you're picking up people like Lescott. Lescott is good, but he's not world-class. But your club is so stupid it will spunk not far off £50m on him. You're a joke, and you're pissing me off to be honest.

Now bugger off back to BM.

Anyone else up for mobbing up and smashing these manc c***s ?
Sorry I shouldnt have said that ........I Apologise I dont knwo what came over me .
