****** joke club, with joke owners who dont know there arse from their elblow in the transfer market. We should've got rid the minute he wanted to leave, slapped a price on his head and told em to pay it!

I appreciate Kenwright and Moyes for what they've done and how they conduct themselves...but FFS the season kicks off on SATURDAY!!! ******* SATURDAY AND A KEY DEFENDER HANDS IN A TRANSFER REQUEST?!!!!!

What are we doing?

Im sorry but if this wasnt a calling card to try and get someone in that has some money so we can actually do business in the transfer window, I dont know what is.

Oh, and Lescott has proper burnt his bridges as far as I'm concerned.

Spot on mate.

If Moyes genuinely believed he was staying, he's completely fooked up on this one.

I could see he was going, I got named and shamed for it. Where's Screech now then? The whopper.

Bullshit Arse bott. Oh dear my typing!!!

why are you so hostile and if i came out with that i would be greated with a ban?

i was told when i joined that no name calling whatso ever so why can you just because its an everton site?

no, we loaned jo with an option to buy .... but couldnt afford the option.

totally different as city have no option or connection with lescott.

no mate hughes said whilst jo was on loan with you last season that jo still had a future with city and i can go back and find it without any problems.

its a case of city are the bad guys and theres only a couple of everton fans ive seen today who are very level headed on here and fair play to them because they could just go with the flow and back other everton fans on here up but they are being very honest on here instead and as i say fair play to them.

Probably get a mysterious injury while on England duty:unsure:

Put money on it (y)

I hope he never plays for our club again. Stick Neville centre half v Arsenal.

Let's be honest, he's not going to put 100% in to his games is he. Basically "I'm not playing, so sell me".

Thing is we won't be selling him. At this point it would be suicide, we need every quality player we can keep at the moment.

I also think it's a pride thing now, there's no way Moyes is going to back down to player pressure after saying all summer he was going nowhere.

I also don't know what's going to happen next with the supporters. Fact is (IMO), Lescott is going to be here till January at the very least, probably even next summer, so to boo him would be counter-productive, we need him as happy as possible and we need to be putting as little pressure on Moyes as possible, because he doesn't want to sell, and selling at this point would be stupid.

But at the same time, I would have absolutely no qualms WITH the fans for booing him, because he's a horrible little toerag. I SAID as soon as I got home from the Malaga match that it looked like he didn't want to be there. Ignored the fans and ripped the shirt off as soon as he could at both half time and full time.

It's a tricky situation from here on in folks.

That's probably true, although I'm sure he wants to go to the world cup... And if Moyes refuses to let him go is he willing to not put the effort in and risk his England chances?

There's no way he'll not put the effort in. He'll know full well he'd have to impress in order for City to chase him again.

hughes said he still had a future when the loan first went through , but we went back to city in late feb/march and asked how much it would cost for us to keep jo and they said £16 million- we couldnt afford it.

If ******* cloak and dagger stuff inside the club itself!

Didnt Moyes sit with him and ASK if he wanted to go? Or did he just mugg him off and say "you're staying no matter what?!"

What happened to sitting with Lescott, asking him what HE wanted. Finding out that he wanted to go, then turn around to Citeh and go "25mill and he's yours" at the end of May or June. Then play the silly bugger stuff. If he hands in a transfer request you can still reject it and blame citeh for not reaching our price.

What we have now is a player who doesnt want to play for the club being kept against his will with the ball firmly in Citeh's court. They can parade any price now because Lescott is firmly a nothing player to us. We'll buckle being its this late in the game, with no time to spare.

Absolute joke.

If Moyes names him in the team against Arsenal he is a tit. If the fans get on Lescott's case (Which they will) it will rub off on the whole team and their performance and we'll get stuffed.

If we keep on booing him at future games the whole season may be affected and I don't think that is good management.

Sell him ASAP.

He's in a catch 22 to be honest.

Moyes has either got to sell him now, or lose him in January - when it's less likely we will get a replacement.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh I'm fuming off this.

I hope the players give him a proper good talking too.

F OFF TO CITY, YOU UGLY C**T

Repost, cos this board moves well too quick and I HAS OPINIONZ
