Course we should've sold him last year. Why can't Duffy get a run? We learn nothing by keeping him. On the U21s.

Another Dutch player who failed to make the grade at Everton. That's one of the reasons I'm always sceptical when we're linked with a countryman. A lot of Dutch players seem to think they are better than they really are. Big ego's and complete lack of self criticism. Now lets hope he'll be out of the Goodison door very very soon.

This season could be the break out one for both Duffy and Barkley, where they finally become regular first teamers

Just need Kennedy and Fracisco Junior to get blooded and we'll have a cracking side in a few years

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. He just won player of the season, we'd all have fumed if he was sold

Have to admit you're right there.

It would be nice to have him off the wage bill and would be even better if we get a decent fee for him. I love his passion but he's not been good enough and made mistakes on too many occasions. I would rather have Duffy in the squad.

Not sure about Duffy as third choice. He was not convincing in last pre season. Hopefully he has improved during the season and must be better on the ball. A decent goal threat though.
As speaking of Heitinga..never liked the player. Always fouls just outside our penalty area....a dirty player..send him to Arsenal

Duffy should have played more after a few fcuk up by Johnny. He will benefit now.

So many things about Johnny that wound me up. Falling on floor when he thinks he will be beaten in the air in the hope of a freekick to get him out of jail. Bottling challenges. Can't say i have ever warmed to him and would gladly get him off the wage bill.

Only time I ever liked him briefly was when he shoulder barged Cole
