hasn't he just become engaged to Miss Africa or Nigeria or the likes, described by many as the most beautiful woman in Africa, sell him he'll be even more knackered

I do think that he is a best partner for Jagielka we have, so I can see him being a starter instead of Yobo, when Jags will be back.

Maybe it's too dificult for you, but being on football message board, watching Jags, Distin, Heitinga and Yobo for a few years (even if they weren't playing together, except for Jags and Yobo), I feel quite comfortable in picking who would work the best as CB duo. And I don't need to see them playing together to make this prediction. After all, it's onlyu a message board prediction...

Distin isn't our future. If we must find a new partner, someone younger would be preferable. Personally, Duffy is probably a good bet in a year or so.
 
Nobody's saying that Distin is an answer for our future CB, yet, reality is more important, and no way Duffy will be ready in year or two to play on level we expect. Just like Rodwell isn't ready too.

Even after watching him this season play every match except when he's not fit??:confused2:

I'm gonna question man utd's interest in him then if that's the case.

But i agree, Duffy's no where near to the level we expect him to be. Doubt that in 2 years he'll be there aswell. I expect things from Mustafi more,just a feeling i have
