Yes i think joel should a run if only for the fact not one player should be a guaranteed starter.if howards going into training and matches knowing hes undroppable wheres the motivation to train harder and work on the things you need to work on.

Must be a bit disheartening for him when he knows he'll only play in League cup games and even if he he performs outstandingly he will be dropped again for the Prem no matter what type of form Howard is in.
