It's just ludicrous. Football manager generation.

People who've never played think they know what they are talking about because they've won the champions league 3 times in a row on a game.

Joe said to his mates last night that after spending 10 years on the blue half of Manchester he is now going to sample life in the three quarter blue side of merseyside.

Most telling part of Hart's interview last night was the question, 'so you don't know what's next at the moment?'. Rather than saying 'not yet' or 'we're looking at options' or something, he hesitated, then said 'thats not for me to say'. Meaning that he knows where he's going but can't say yet.

Doubt they'd let us play him against them if he comes on loan unfortunately.

I expect we want him permanently. The talk of the loan is coming from Joe Hart's camp as he wants to be paying CL football and will not commit long term to our goal of League Champions in the next few seasons.
Thing is we are a couple of additions away from being as strong as any top 4 challenger.
Annoys me that players have this mindset, yet will not sign for BATE Borisov, Olympiakos or even Leicester.

The irony of him talking John Stones into joining City and then City dumping Joe Hart onto Everton.

Cracking keeper but not much worth saying until he joins.

I've read this a few times, but never actually seen anything to back it up. Where has it come from? I can't imagine that Hart only found out he wasn't going to be number one on the eve of the new season.

Let's be honest, he's much better than Howard and better than Begovic, who esk hinted we would be signing earlier in the summer.

I think Koeman also values premier league experience a lot, which I can understand given the holes we have in the squad right now. Hopefully the net will widen once we're in a more stable position.

John Stones quoted it when he join City mate. Said Hart had been on at him away with England to join him. Hart thinking he was a class above, [Poor language removed] on Joe. Your punishment is getting the arse ripped out of you by our Lower Gwladys ninjas.

John Stones said it in his interview when he joined city. Probably find it on youtube.

Here it is.

Stones: "Big Joe was in my ear all summer at England camp to make the step up to Man City. Obviously it gave me confidence that an elite club wanted me so the decision was easy to make. As Joe promised it's been a huge step up so far, both in quality and attitude around the club, you could see from the first minute I'd joined a giant of the English game and the rest is just up to me now."
