I believe their argument is that this is all happening in Democrat cities and thus people who don't want this to happen in their cities should vote Republican. It's a pretty simplistic viewpoint but it's one that could be effective with voters imo.
Their counter argument to 'This is Trumps America' is that he doesn't have authority to police these areas without the democrat governors say so and supposedly they won't let him clean up the mess.

Trump seems to be going heavily on the law and order debate. Seems like preaching to the converted to me. Most people know that people have a right to peacefully protest racism, and Trump will need to win some of those voters to win.
Name some cities that aren't Democrat majority? The vast vast vast majority of cities in the US are left leaning to hugely red. Louisville Kentucky in one of the reddest states in the nation voted Democrat last 3 elections.
