January Transfer Window 2026

Fair enough. I don’t think any of those teams would be interested in him. We are his level and it’ll be a club like us that he ends up at.

….Wilson will have significant signing fee and salary demands because he’s running down his contract. Suitors will be fully aware of what those demands are and he’ll choose from the clubs who are willing to meet them.

I look forward to the inevitable SLAMMING SHUT of the window and we Myers confirms no activity and we go with what we've got. The European push is on.

What we can guarantee in the next few days is the following;

- Romano announcing a done deal that is actually nowhere near done, only for said player to end up elsewhere.

- Myers to post there's nothing happening whilst a fleet of cars carrying transfer targets pulls into the training ground behind him

- Flight Radar to report a DNS attack on their site but later find it was just mention of a private jet leaving Spain and landing in Liverpool that sent Everton fans into a wankfest

- A number of posters reporting they've heard something from a mate who has connections to either Everton or the selling club, some will be sarcastic and some will have been fooled into believing their mate has given them legit info, either way we attack them for it.

- @bullybeef will cry real tears at the lack of activity whilst stating he remains calm

- I'll continue to post bollocks everywhere

i can understand them not signing a striker, they cost a lot of money and can be very hit and miss, and barry may yet hit a streak now

i can understand not replacing grealish or covering the injured players as they may yet return

if we don’t sign a right back it is negligence

holm and norton-cuffy both available for moderate fees and look to have the ability and physicality to slot right in

obrien cannot play another game there and needs to be at centre half. we also cannot expect branthwaite to be healthy and the fact we’ve been relying on burnley’s centre half pairing from ten years ago in our shiny new stadium its bordering on laughable

patterson cannot be relied upon, even though there is a player hidden away in there thats been hampered by injuries and lack of opportunities and trust, even if his form does hold up the player cannot be relied upon to stay healthy

there is momentum to this side following this win, and yes we will not be relegated and we might not get europe, but we deserve to try and see this side finish our first season in a new stadium and era as strongly as possible, especially at home

really thought TFG might see a change in standards, and i accept they spent a lot in summer and brought in players like Grealish for high loan fees and wages, but to not get an rb is criminal

unless this is of course because moyes wants one player and the recruitment team want another, and they can’t find a compromise

Im not going to deep into the Moyes thing. I feel like ive been doing this for 20 years. He's an alright manager is where ive always been. But there needs to be a balance as well. Truth is lots of people on this forum regarding winnable games already had Brentford and Wolves marked at 6 points banked before we even played them. When it didnt happen they hit the roof criticising the manager. They were winnable but thats all they were. Look around. Nobody including teams above us were finding games against them easy. But Everton were supposed to just wipe the floor with them. Its a form of arrogance and entitlement to just think we should just win.
Its been done to death this. Everyone wants to win and win playing good football. No point denying that as you only have to read posts on here and even games we've won there is criticism in the style we won it.
Well it seems to me you need to get very lucky in the transfer market and buy a few gems or you spend an absolute fortune. Chelsea have spent 1 billion on players. They're sitting 2 points above Everton and nowhere near the title.
I think Everton need to go a different direction to Moyes as if you dont buy a ticket and all that. But im not so quick to turn my nose up at him either as i look around this league and realise there are far from gimmes in this league.
Well thought out. Im going to put you on the spot though. Playing Leeds under the lights in our shiny new stadiim with a week between games. Would you expect to win to build on the Villa result? Happy with a draw? Just curious. Me, I 100% want a win otherwise all the hype of the win at Villa is meaningless. Rather be drawing on the road and winning at home than the other way around.

- Beto to attempt to insert a large purple lovetoy into a journalist's ear, only to miss the target by some distance as per usual.

- A Mr Marhad Foshiri appointed to oversee club finances and player recruitment.

- Club to annouce Nathan Patterson has signed a new 7 year deal, thus ending the right back search until the early 2030s.

All more likely to be real than half the rubbish that'll be doing the rounds on the twitterwebs.

Is there actually links to Harry Wilson or are people just suggesting jt
