Just found this from the summer from Paddy. Moyes seems to have a right of veto for players so this suggests he didn’t pull the plug on an agreed deal

Think we could get him for 15mil, 28 so perfect For Moyes. Him, Dibling , ndiaye. Add another one with pace in the summer and we’d be covered
