I know where you're coming from on replacements for The Chuckle Brothers, but I dread if we buy another dud. Maybe Dobvyk would prove me wrong. We certainly need someone new...

With each passing day of the transfer window and no activity…are TFG thinking why give Moyes money when he won’t be here next season?

Like i get them not blowing 100 million but not even a loan is very odd!!

I think AFCON is slowing the market down for most teams. Clubs not willing to sell in a period where there are so many games and leave themselves short. There are still about 90 players at the tournament, many from clubs all over Europe. I can’t see much happening until it is finished.

It’s your right to be unimpressed but they have only had one summer window and whilst a few haven’t hit the ground running it’s too early to write them off. Overall, I thought we did well last summer given the huge churn we had. They have more stability going into this summer and the perception of Everton as a basket case after PSR / 777 will be less than last year so we should expect even more progress.

Last summer we had a project to sell. New stadium, new owners, new manager. We still struggled to attract players.

This summer we don’t have any of that, and are starting to tank in the league (5 points from last 6 games) because of squad deficiencies not being addressed. Doesn’t bode well for signings.

Even with Grealish, Ndiaye and KDH back this team isn't good enough. Branthwite will take a lot of time to bed back in. They're the only 4 who can shift the dial for us.

The money's there for us, it's about our recruitment team and Moyes etc.

Interesting that Roma's recruitment team seems to be on a bit of a roll now, this is a really interesting buy too. Wonder if TFG will be looking and comparing at the quality of buys
