Their midfield is basically *only* guys who run around loads and are extremely athletic but aren't great passers. That's a very useful player to have at a football club and I rate Gallagher but it's a massive problem for Spurs that they have 0 ball progressors and it's kind of hilarious that they've just gone and bought the same kind of player again

I wasn't talking about Gallagher and us.
Just a player that has moved in a supposedly awful time to buy, at probably the same cost they would pay in the summer..
Well Garner cost £9m so yes, Gallagher's fee is inflated.
What really hawing at me is that we are four points or Europe and we’ve taken 2 points from games Burnley, Wolves and Brentford.
This is the fourth festive period in a row where the squad has collapsed under the weight of fatiuqe due to unavailability, injuries and suspension.
I’m sick of it now, every year this time of year, it# been the same and the squad collapses.
This year it’s a massive opportunity missed if we take six points of Burnley and Wolves we are smack bang in CL contention.
We can cry about this and that and circumstances - but you make your own lick, squad depth has been pathetic in terms of navigating these festive/New year periods.

The sad thing about footie these days is that due to financial constraints we are restricted to a certain budget, which hasn't really ever improved, let's say we can spend £200m in a season.
Years ago that's more than enough, these days you're getting like 6 pretty average players for that.
