Transfers are paid over course of a contract mate.

We wouldn't be spending £40 millions in one lump - 5 year deal = £8 mil upfront and then 8 mil for the remaining 4 years.

Depends, Gordon was 40 up front - I’d assume we’d structure a deal differently though.

I suppose I should rephrase - Gallagher along with a winger and a striker without doing something that ruins our FFP for the summer would actually be great imo

Spending £45m on Connor Gallagher automatically ruins our FFP for the summer especially if we go down.

I think they are still asking £18m mate but we are supposedly hopeful we can get him for £15m.

It does make sense if there’s a bid in for Onana but it would need to be a big one.

Gallagher is a player who is good at a few specific things and we definitely do not have the coaching in place to ensure he's being out in a spot to do those things. I don't like it at all.

And we shouldn't be purchasing anyone at that price.

We aren’t chelsea. He was boss for palace last year. I’d love to be there level.
