question is - did moyes really want dibling or was he pushed
dibling just doesn't fit into the type of signing moyes makes at that sum of money

Dont like to put any good transfers down to Moyes and any bad ones down to everyone else. Doesn't work like that.

But the Dibling one doesn't fit his profile on transfers. Personally think hes clearly agreed for the higher ups and data wranglers to get him when he's been brought up. But the fee and level of pursuit were clearly not him.

We are, but it's not happening for the lad. I doubt not one Everton fan wants him to fail, but one season into his contract and nothing positive on show.

That wasn't my point, money aspects keep getting brought up regarding the lad.

I think if that was going to happen it should have been done this year, if we did it next season that would be 2 of his 4yr contract gone,
And that would definitely impact his confidence..

It's a tricky one, cos now Moyes has got the sniff of Europe his gametime will possibly be even more restricted now..

We get Europe, i think Dibling stays and plays more. We don't, then a decision needs to be made.

I do think there's a switch in mentality and confidence he needs to fix himself. He's not in his comfort zone being coddled at Southampton, he's playing for a side who expect more, at a higher cut throat level. So all the talk of being quiet in training and possibly homesick he needs to sort out fast cos.

Looked a totally different lad though saturday, I don't mean playing wise, His demeanor.
He looked happy and comfortable, Not something we've seen before. That's the first step..
