Sorry, I think that you're wrong but only because @davek is never wrong. They’re football players. Not made of glass. Injuries happen. This is not the fault of David Moyes.

Romano posted it earlier ( about the lay off )I thought this, who is it who has said it’s 3 months and why? If it is then so be it. Where have Everton refuted it?
This could be true yes and you have to factor in the modern football boots which offer less protection than the old leather ones. It's probably a myriad of reasons why this injury has happened so pointing fingers of blame isn't really appropriateBut also it’s likely this is an accumulation of the amount of minutes he’s played and the amount of strain his body takes from being volleyed every match
Sadly we’re not killing off some games (not including villa in this that was massively hard fought with a bare bones side) but thinking to earlier in the season when there were games we could have killed off earlier and allowed likes of Grealish and kdh to come off earlier
It’s also Moyes who does not trust anyone outside the first Xi and makes far less subs than anyone in the league, even dyche is starting to mix things up more now knowing that every other side will make 5 subs
This isn’t something he could have done from Burnley onwards but previous to this he has flogged the likes of Grealish, Ndiaye , kdh to the bone, whereas every other player in those positions in the league bar maybe salah is getting subbed regularly to lessen their workload in what is becoming a much more physically demanding game than it was when Moyes first managed us
No because what’s the point in having them if you’re not gonna play them?
But they're not all the same. I doubt too many people would agree that if you have a player of Grealish's quality who is so important to us but has had a year of dodgy injuries, joining in every training session and playing every game is the right way to make good use of him.
Yes, injuries happen. But with a player who has a recent record of long lay offs you surely must cut your cloth accordingly and play him more sparingly than Everton have?

Balls are hairy, not made of crystal. Nothing is risk free.
My balls are hairy too ☺ and I don't think they're made of crystal either but I'd have to book an appointment with my GP to validate thatNo because what’s the point in having them if you’re not gonna play them?

Only one I could find is him saying 3 months out, where’s the bit where Everton rebuffed it?Romano posted it earlier ( about the lay off )

It's just another "Tactical Genius" approach from us to make it look like a New Signing along with Garner..Embarrassing shock to the twerps on here tossing themselves off at an alleged 3 month layoff. Everton have just refuted any such baseless rumours saying he has not even been assessed yet.
Well, they defo can! But I get your point.
Do we see an ageing and injury prone Grealish as a good investment at any price though? If City cut him loose a year early and we could get him on a free that's a no brainer for us. However, any fee into the £20Ms is not wise IMO - with high wages thrown in.
But he could have broken his leg in the first week and missed the entire season. Would Moyes be to blame then.Is having him for 8.5 more games to be sniffed at? Better than having him for 20 games where he's maybe also fatigued or carrying knocks too, isn't it?
