2025/26 Jack Grealish

They do, absolutely. But Everton never seem to be firing on all cylinders when it comes to key or star players. There is always at least one out, usually for a medium to long term.

Everyone has injuries but the amount of games our players are out is becoming a recurring issue. Maybe it's just bad luck. But doesn't just feel like that.

The top clubs get injuries, but they often have a similar level of replacement to come in or move around. When we lose our better players, the fall off is vertiginous. This won't change until we build a serious squad rather than one held together by velcro.

Has anyone here fumed about what the club should or shouldn't be doing now based on totally imaginary terms of the loan deal yet?
Imaginary? Is this a dig at those who are suggesting he should be sent back or a dig at the people at the club who negotiate the deals or both?

There’s many instances where players have returned to their parent clubs for treatment, it’s not outlandish?

Are you saying if he’s out until (that’s if btw) late April, you’d keep him? IF the club could send him back and save on wages?
