I suspect they've bypassed the courts and a doll is currently being stabbed daily to cause Moshiri much pain.

Positives from the season? Well, in recounting Mrs Lukaku's trip to the African witchdoctor, the Mosh-man presented me one of the best laughs in many a football season. They say laughter is good anti-aging therapy...so that's a positive right there.

Seeing Niasses face every time he scores is wonderful and I'm glad he has been given a chance. He reminds me of one of those kids in a Comic relief video where the aid truck comes rolling into town, it's that level of excitement he demonstrates.

Well hopefully we have now learnt that you can’t plan absolutely everything to fit in the short term.
I’m not holding my breath though.

Also the mental image I have created of the look on Lukaku’s face when reads about voodoogate for the first time has got me through some dark points this season lol

It's quite difficult to find positives from this season at all unless Moshiri takes the opportunity to wield the axe brutally in the summer.

If there was ever a club that needed a Night of The Long Knives it's Everton.

Moshiri could also apply that to himself - he needs competent football and football business people to manage day to day and he can set general vision and strategy in broad terms and no more media involvement.

But it's all starting to sound hollow and wear thin - like Tory promises of jam tomorrow. If he is serious about us then he can't tolerate those on the payroll who continuously bring us back to the standard of the lowest common denominator let alone NSNO.
