I ain't going to argue against media bias, especially with Western media and how they have portrayed Israeli actions vs Hamas.

But I do think this particular post is itself probably not the best example. The Palestinians were 'prisoners' in the sense they'd been arrested and convicted.

The validity of the laws and convictions are fair to question, and I do have serious and deep concerns about how many have been convicted and then treated.

However, you can see how, when media outlets, have gone against this narrative the response has been itself telling.

What I am saying is, I am more concerned with how these people are becoming 'prisoners' rather than questioning the BBC's use of it.

That is where the BBC should be focusing any media attention.

An awful lot of Palestinian "prisoners" have not been charged with anything.l, amd aew detained without trial. "Administrative detention". Some, and undoubtedly some of those released, have been, mind.

You can murder someone's family. You can kidnap, mistreat them and starve them for well over a year, without as much as an eyelid being blinked.

The Irish government as well as other western governments with the exception of the USA, are fully complicit in their support of these people.

I'm sure there are tens of thousands of family members of carpet bombed and indiscriminately targeted innocent men, women and children that would love it if their relative was kidnapped, mistreated and undernourished(starved, they'd be dead)

The Irish Government has an issue with the deliberate starvation of a people as well as living under gradual but incessant occupation having first hand experience of the same. Their stance is well supported by the Irish people

Pregnant woman killed in West Bank​

Israeli forces shot dead an eight months pregnant Palestinian in the occupied West Bank today, as the military said it had “targeted terrorists” in the area.

The Palestinian health ministry in Ramallah said Sundus Jamal Muhammad Shalabi was killed in a pre-dawn incident in the Nur Shams refugee camp, where the Israeli occupation forces have been conducting raids.

Her husband, Yazan Abu Shola, was also critically injured, the ministry said.

The 23-year-old mother-to-be was dead when she arrived at a local hospital, the ministry said.

“Medical teams were unable to save the baby’s life due to the occupation (Israel’s military) preventing the transfer of the injured to the hospital,” a ministry statement said.

The Israeli military said it was looking into the claim that Shalabi had been killed by Israeli fire.

The incident took place at around dawn, Murad Alyan, a member of the popular committee in the camp, told AFP.

“The two were trying to leave the camp before the occupation forces advanced into it. They were shot while they were inside their car, and the wife and her baby were martyred, while the husband was injured,” Alyan said.

The Palestinian foreign ministry condemned what it described “a crime of execution committed by the occupation forces this morning”.

The ministry accused Israeli forces of “deliberately targeting defenceless civilians”

No right thinking person celebrates the deaths of innocent people and kids in a conflict.

Let's be very clear about however that when the leader of a terrorist organisation that wants to kill all Israeli and Jewish people gets his just desserts no tears should be shed for them.

Sinwar is dead and the world is a better and safer place with him dead. That's an opinion i make no apologies to anyone for having.

It's people like that that Israel supporters celebrate being killed not innocent parties in the conflict.
