Biden is almost completely to blame from a US standpoint. Trump will come in and pick the carcass but we don't expect anything else from that shambling idiot. All the damage was done during the previous administration. Biden actually had a chance to do something and chose appeasement of ethnic cleansing instead.

They won’t leave, this is the major flaw in the plan. Israel has levelled Gaza and made it uninhabitable but, by making the riviera and relocating comments they have turned a lot of people against them. The Palestinians will stick it out but Israel will almost certainly go back for more mass murder and destruction under the old ‘Hamas’ guise.
Governments need to step up this time, they call all see it.
