If you can't see the video for whatever reason here is a report on it.

She's right Ireland is a pro Hamas echo chamber. Neutral country my arse, but this goes back to when we provided a safe refuge for the Nazis as well.
They're going to town on the civilians in Jenin today, obviously it is outside of the cease-fire zone - also outside of hamas territory.

Thoughts??

You won't reply cos it smashes all your excuses

I have to admit the question as to my thoughts on an scenario where the IRA were governing the south of Ireland, and launched a Hamas style attack on the UK is a very good one.

Right so let's say IRA operatives run amok in various British cities and kidnapped civilians and brought them back to Ireland.

Well in that scenario if the IRA operatives were dressing up like ordinary civilians, if they were running operation and command centers in built up areas, if IRA operatives were hiding out in people's houses and storing guns, ammunition and bombs in them.

Well you can join the dots here can't you some sort of response from British security forces would be inevitable. Of course it would be a terrible position, but i would be angry at the IRA for putting innocent Irish civilians in this sort of horrible position.
You don't have a clue, Clown.

weaker armies in conflicts have always employed some version of guerilla tactics. Otherwise they'd be battered

You say this like there wasnt several decades of terrorist attacks on the mainland, in Eire and in the North itself that involved significant numbers of casualties.

What fixed it? The British state admitting that there was a problem and demonstrating that it was willing to do something genuine to fix it, followed by its implementation.

The contrast in the trajectories between NI and Israel / Palestine since the mid 90s should be obvious, even to you. It did not have to happen this way, and the fact that it has is entirely down to the Israeli state in general, and the Israeli right in particular.

LOOOL - why do you insist on posting this tripe??

The IRA killed over 1700 people, at no point did the British army retaliate by killing 50,000+++ innocent women and children.

EVERY single one of your pathetic arguments have been destroyed, by multiple posters, go back to the Rangers thread ffs.

Yeah there was attacks but the IRA were not the elected representatives of the Irish public.

It wasn't the actual Irish Defence Forces who were committing these attacks. So I think you are being a little bit disengenious here.

Well yes it is in a roundabout way down to the Israeli state. Most of it's neighbours want it destroyed and Jews to be massacred.

Right wing, left wing whatever Hamas would still be gunning for Israel, and an October 7th 2023 type of massacre was happening regardless.

I also agree with the it didn't start on October 7th thing, there was attacks on the Israeli state and people long before that as well!

For someone who claims to be from Cork, you have a remarkably terrible knowledge of Northern Ireland history.

Sinn Fein representatives, back in the day when they weren't even allowed on TV, had been repeatedly elected to represent Westminster constituencies by the 1990s.

Ok, some progress, well done

What are the Palestinian people to do? They have e been forcibly under occupation for 80 years. Diplomacy and talks did not work

Under international law, resisting occupation with force is permitted. What would you do? Roll over and let Israel continue to steal land?
