How dare Ireland recognise the Palestinian people
Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
How dare Ireland recognise the Palestinian people
It's the callous indifference to Palestinian life that does for me.It was more aimed at people in this thread who uncritically defend the actions of a far-right, apartheid-like state under any circumstances., if you read their reasonings and responses it's 100% anti-muslim rhetoric
Said that a while ago mate, he's a disgrace. There are only two of us on here from Cork (that I know of anyway). The shame I feel when I see that langer posting is very real. He doesn't represent Cork, and I assure you he is as far removed from the general feeling in Cork, on this subject, as one could possibly be.

No one likes you.Could you politely go away with that sort of talk. What else would you call people committing an act like that to a fellow human being?
You people speak all sorts of bile and venom towards Israel and Jewish people, so spare the racism shouts please. To think i used to get on very well with you before as well.

Perhaps they share the same eschatological beliefs as American Evangelicals, like Huckabee viewing the State of Israel as divinely ordained? The rhetoric is, but that (Islamophobia) is the one thing most likely to sell here, hence why it’s pushed out so often. They’d hardly pick up support by boasting about all the Christians they’ve locked up / killed.
As for the accounts who shill here for them, their motivations can only be guessed at.
I do appreciate this view, however if we're being honest this won't impact Israel much, if at all. Israel has no issue being an outsider, and probably prefer it.It's a pity they weren't threw out before they had the chance to leave of their own accord. In any case, good riddance and don't come back

I respectfully disagree mate.I do appreciate this view, however if we're being honest this won't impact Israel much, if at all. Israel has no issue being an outsider, and probably prefer it.
Well they did try to minimise civilian casualties with the exploding walkie talkies and pagers. That still wasn't good enough for the people here though.Hello Corky.
Then you must all surely be utterly dismayed that the latter is being achieved at the expense of the former?
Personally I don't see where this cycle ends. There's an awful lot of martyrs being created and I'd be very surprised if a new wave of radicalised fighters don't stem from this, directly or indirectly.
I know your rejoinder will probably be "well what would you do" or "they hide behind children, hospitals etc" but you must see the inconsistency in your post?
