This situation has been allowed to become an “them and us” case, when actually it is a”them” situation. Both sides in this conflict are wrong. Both sides have acted and continue to act appallingly. Nothing will be settled here until the world wakes up and realises that by picking a side they are only making a very bad situation worse. One side is an apartheid state and the other terrorist organisation. If the world approaches this conflict without a partisan slant then they may be able to come up with a solution, however a completely new approach is required.
