Not in this court, because its only for adjudication of disputes between states. However aiding and abetting a genocide would be something national and international courts (like the ICC) could issue arrest warrants for, even for countries who don't recognise it.

If the Israeli government thought it had won the case they wouldn't be labeling the court as antisemitic.

As an aside, was reading yesterday about the reaction of the then UK government, the US and other countries to the assassination of Yassin in 2004 (when the IDF blew up a paraplegic man, his helpers and multiple bystanders).

It was universally condemned, with many countries pointing out how likely it was to be entirely counterproductive. Sadly the lesson the Israelis learned was to make sure our governments shut up, rather than to stop piling up kindling, fireworks, oily rags etc.
