I don't see anything wrong with that, per se, but to be so consistently at odds with one's peers with what's essentially an interpretation of law AND in favour of one's own nation state ought to raise questions about whether he's the right person for the job imo.

I think there will be considerable changes in that regard, probably as soon as the pro-Palestinian legal teams get to Court.

The decision that came out of the ICJ was - in international law terms - crystal clear. Even the Israeli judge agreed with some of the measures imposed.
