Israel has been entertaining European antisemites for years. They're useful to him. His values align with theirs. It keeps a need for Jews to feels vigilant in Europe and therefore a need for continued monetary and military support for Israel. Both despise non-whites and Muslims. Israel is a gleaming demonstration of an ethnostate and how to keep those 'unwanteds' under control.
