There is a difference in law I would hope of shooting down a missile and debris causing such devastation or deliberately targeting a hospital. The same the other way round if Hamas aimed a missile at and it' misfired its intended target rather than aimed at hospital.
Although its notable that Saudi Arabia have backed Hamas version of events and considering the Saudi military has been trained by the British armed forces its noteworthy.

If the Gaza press groups are lying that it was Hamas (they must have a death wish)

If the Israeli's and media are both lying

So it does seem America stands with Israel.

It is so heartbreaking to see this, knowing even from a basic understanding what this means. America, or specifically in this case biden although it could be anyone in that chair, is condemning Palestinians to death now, justifying every single innocent life lost, pushing every single lie to shift blame on the evil hamas, telling other countries to stay out of their genocide to come. America true colours showing and the facade won't be able to be maintained if the death count rises as fast as it has been
