Klopp's hiring wasn't a brave decision. It was an absolute no-brainer, similar to their signing of Luis Suarez from Ajax (who, hilariously, was a third the price they paid the same week for Andy Carroll). Iraola is a brave appointment. He's won a Cypriot Super Cup. He may be an inspired choice, but he's very much a risky one.

We, meanwhile, are chronically risk-averse, from our appointments to our team selections. We get what we deserve. No risk, no gain.

We disprove the ‘No pain, no gain’ saying. Because the pain we go through every bloody season we should have gained skip-loads of silverware

Both he & Jags we let go very young - David Johnson was an example given away for a past it Rod Belfitt plus cash Bobby Robson fleeced us on a couple of occasions .... Buying Duncan Ferguson back crocked from Newcastle etc

Andy Robertson USA international sold for a million - Marco Silva the paid 10 million from Wigan -yet he was our Manager when that £Million deal was done with Wigan ?

HK Mk 2 & 3? etc
Andy King was Okish 2nd time around but that's all - & Mark Ward etc etc - just off the top of my head ....
