Is now the opportunity? Should Everton go for Iraola?

We`ve been over this many times before Joey, so yet again I`ll go over it again just for you.

Robinson was wrong time, wrong place for the lad, he was competing against peak Baines and bar Baines breaking his leg or snapping his ACL, Robinson was never EVER getting the left back place ahead of Baines.

We sold him, as he wanted to play first time footy somewhere and Wigan where the only takers at that time.

Ps - Have you thought about doing one of Donald Trumps dementia tests lately ?

No wonder you ended up in hospital  your back on form though ....:D

Or, and hear me out on this, we don't just keep recycling players from the past into roles in the club and appoint managers and coaches based on their merits. It's a wild idea but it might just work.
We only win trophies with ex players fact from 1963 onwards to big Joe in 1995 - even billy Bingham should have won a title in the mid 1970s another former player ....

Manager needs Replacing - end of - his signings last year DH the best one ..... no full backs or his limitation to use the signed ones .... etc
I honestly think the recruitment model is that the club give Moyes a list of players for each position and asks him to rank them in preference.

It explains why we ended up with 3rd/4th choices in Barry (Delap, Woltemade, Abraham turned us down) Dibling (fofana, Doak turned us down), Right Back(?) (Tete Trippier, Walker), CM Oreilly, Hamer, Diarra).

Moyes was vocal about slow progress in the summer and Kinnear, in January, seemed to suggest that Moyes had rejected a lot of targets.

Strikes me that Moyes doesn't have full control but has final say from a pool of about 4 or 5.

Nothing suggests the manager and club are aligned on transfers.

May 14th certainly was the time, if not then May 25th was. Iraola was a good option. Hoping we stumble into Simone Inzaghi next spring. Those are two that'd be on my list , not much more truthfully. Good matches for our fanbase I'd say.
