Is now the opportunity? Should Everton go for Iraola?

He lost his entire defence and goalie last summer and lost his best player this past January window. Moyes would be whinging about that continuously
He also has a go at every opponent. He would be an upgrade in many ways on Moyes
Would love to see what would happen if every team in the league lost their starting back line. Even the likes of City and Arsenal would have serious issues. He’s done an amazing job in the circumstances.

The RS did this when they got Klopp. Can’t stand them but they are braver than us when it comes to making big decisions.
Klopp's hiring wasn't a brave decision. It was an absolute no-brainer, similar to their signing of Luis Suarez from Ajax (who, hilariously, was a third the price they paid the same week for Andy Carroll). Iraola is a brave appointment. He's won a Cypriot Super Cup. He may be an inspired choice, but he's very much a risky one.

We, meanwhile, are chronically risk-averse, from our appointments to our team selections. We get what we deserve. No risk, no gain.

Saw a stat about him before...

37% win rate at Bournemouth. Only playing one game a year and he is now favourite for the RS...3 games a week and increased pressure.

A manager like that coming to Everton would actually be a step up in pressure. He won't have the European adventure next year but he would certainly have increased pressure managing us.
