Family member of my wife has recently bought a restuarant /b & b in a small town in the south. With the current buisness climate it would be difficult to make a successful buisness with all the refurb work needed. They have been offered 30 odd thousand euros per month to host refugees. They move in this week.
My view has always remained the same. The rest of the world has been a refuge for Irish seeking better opportunities or escaping the conflict. We are welcomed the world over. We should open our doors to those in need.
Welcomed! .....with open arms i suppose ?
What Disney work of fiction have you based your statement on? - I`m stumped as to how i reply to such an uninformed post.
For starters-
You must be familiar with the No Irish, No Blacks, No Dogs* signs that used to be common-place in London but maybe it`s all been air-brushed out of existence like so much else.
As for the "open our door to those in need" - get real friendo, economic migration is not good for anyone except businesses looking for cheap labour and Globalist/Corporation grifters.
*John Lydon called his autobiography after the signs.
