For voting for Brexit and if that hadn't of happened then the UK would still be in the EU and hence no need for any border.

Well even without Brexit we had the power (and would have used it) to form our own procurement contracts. The EU one was "opt in" for countries.

Indeed, we were still in Europe when we negotiated our deal.

So in terms of vaccines, it's sort of irrelevant - the EU to lock us out of receiving vaccines would have had do approximately the same thing even if we were in.

really is a reckless agressive move this.

Suppose EIRE are seeing what they actually mean to the EU

The EU couldn't have done any more if they tried to make Brexit look like a reasonable option. It's... bizarre to be frank.

From their point of view, they're acting tough to hide the fact they screwed up and stop more countries leaving, but it just feels counterintuitive and that they've took the wrong option completely.

NI being dragged back towards sectarian division atvthe moment. Its sad to see but entirely predictable. Unionism is in a rapidly diminishing corner and its going to be brutal for the next while.
Worth noting that majority of the Stormont Assembly are in favour of the NI protocol.

The DUP have completely boxed themselves into a corner by supporting Brexit and they know it. Time for them to show real leadership for once and stop their sectarian tubthumping.
