Initial 10, then reduced to 6 + 2 Point Deductions

Snakes with their own agendas these journos

Wasn’t too long ago we had the “don’t punish the fans” narrative when the Red Cartel were called out for the super league.

This is only a thing as City and Chelsea upset the apple cart and the media is owned by the RS, Utd and Arsenal. We like the other 14/15 clubs in the league are collateral in their corrupt mini super league

When is that Kopite scumbag Kieran Maguire going to make his apology I wonder...

He probably more than anyone in the media sold the Everton punishment beating to the football public in this country.

Where you hiding now Mr Clever Clogs know-nothing, under your desk at that shameful university at the top of Brownlow Hill who pays your ill-gotten wages?
Thought he was s Brighton fan.

Will our new owners have the balls to ask the Premier league for a detailed explanation on why Chelsea have not been docked points but Everton were.
How much do they really care? Will they fight this injustice? Or at least ask questions!
One really simple and uncontroversial question should be asked re the line about how financial punishments are not appropriate for rich owners.

Is it now the PL view that this is incorrect? If so what has changed in less than 2 years to flip this 180°?

Self important know-nothing at the end of the day. He's had to throw everything he said about PSR into the fire because he can see that it's inconsistently applied...something anyone could have told him it would be.

He is what I said he was all along: just another chancer; part of the entertainment industry that lives a parasitic life off football.

He has nothing of interest or worth to offer about Everton.

He could though have the decency to apologise for witch-hunting Everton and doing the PL's work for them. I guarantee you that if he'd tried to do that with Liverpool he wouldn't be taking up his seat at Liverpool University ever again.

One Rule for one , and a different rule for……

Seems to me that the powers that be are as bent as anyone, when we we were being badly stung after our efforts to comply with those that wanted to financially sting us so bad, when they wanted to hang us out to dry and finish us.
And now we have to accept the news of the Chelsea example, who were trying to hide away their misdemeanours, during a period when they had real success because of their bent financial activities.

How can we be stung so hard and yet Chelsea are treated with kid gloves. The whole thing stinks. The behaviour of the premier league itself should be placed under the microscope of legality.

On what grounds should we be taken to task financially, and yet Chelsea received a comparative slap on the wrist, even though their illegal actions served to provide for them a pathway to silverware and success that saw them sit at the top table for once.

Whilst we were scapegoats, made an example of, placed into a relegation battle that could so easily have brought about fundamental even long lasting change for the worst.

The powers that be, need to take a long hard look at themselves. They seem to be too cozy with an elite group of clubs, who are given a comparative slap on the wrists, versus others who are treated so harsh, the future of the club itself is placed in jeopardy.

There exists a hierarchy of power that blatantly favouring a group of teams who are deemed to be special.
And the whole thing stinks.

A few op eds from journos after the fact is nothing more a than a poor attempt to pat evertonians on the head and look like they care. There is no widespread coverage of this and they were all quiet when we were in the brown stuff.

They are all complicit in the corruption of the premier league, under the guise of protecting a brand. Eff em all.

I dream of a day when the likes of Chelsea, RS, Utd etc all F off to a Super League. It's a shame it never happened.

With them they can take VAR and its egomaniac refs, diving prima donnas and matches constantly being moved to midweek in favour of TV audiences. What would be left would resemble football from 20-30 years ago, when it was actually fun and enjoyable.
