Hypothetical twaddle #4 : Lukaku genuinely attempts to score winning goal. It hits the post and from 1 yard out Jelavic falls over attempting the shot. It runs on to Ossie who plants it miles over the cross bar. We miss out on CL to Chelski. Next day, it is revealed that Chelsea have bought Ossie for 10 million pounds....plus Lukaku.

Hmm being serious it would be a tricky situation. You probably couldn't play him in all honesty but depends on the player I suppose. I'd probably being manager take the risk on him first half and sub him at H/T. (Without him knowing that's the plan obviously)

Last day of the season and we are sitting fourth as we face Hull away, needing a win to ensure CL qualification.

Chelsea sit one point behind us in fiifth place, needing a win in their game and Hull to at least draw with us.

Romelu Lukaku is desperate to play Champions League football next season.

But if he helps Everton win at Hull it will mean he misses out as the club he is returning to will then not be involved.
