Pretty sure we got d*cked at Sunderland. Sadly I can't remove this game from my head.
Aye that was game over for martinez at that point. The team had given up long before that and even the fans had with the low turnout.

Anything after West ham was season over bar the brief 45 minutes in the cup. But the large of the season it was relegation zone wins that was the difference between us going nowhere and going down.

Lets look on the bright side ........ it's the January sales starting tomorrow and RK will be at the front of the queue after that shambles last night

It would so nice to wake up tomorrow 'afternoon' and check this site to find we've made a couple of signings!

I am hoping that with Walsh on board, all our ducks would have been lined up weeks ago & by our next PL match, the team will have 2 or 3 new faces.
Lookman almost certainly and I would expect them to move fast for a centre back as Jags looks shot, Williams is a shadow of the player we know he can be & Fumes is not the answer.
Oh, and Depay probably

We will have no new faces in time for Monday mate

Forgot we are playing Monday. It's been a long year ....

But we WILL have some new players sooner rather than later because I personally dont want to watch "Transfer Deadline Day" hoping for an obscure loanee

I think Koeman is forcing the Boards hands here, he is letting them know he WANTS more players in, he thinks he was let down in the summer transfer window and wants action NOW, he is talking about five players in. If he gets them and they are what he wants, then we can really judge him, after the players have settled in.

I don't think many players will be leaving, they are on too much money here without being pushed to prove themselves or
even try to give value for the wages they are receiving, buts that's life today at many clubs.

Let's hope so mate. Whatever happens early on I'll still be watching deadline day with pointless optimism

Hopefully you're right on Walsh having them lined up. And then its up to our Executive team to push those deals over the line as soon as possible. If we get two players in quickly, it would be encouraging.
