The other thing that gets me is seeing so many players from different generations - the ones who played with Kendall, the ones who remember him as their manager both in the '80s and the '90s, and the current lot, some of whom are my age or younger and might be too young to remember the '80s, but will be aware of everything he did for us. His death has brought so many people together, both from the club and from the fandom.

tbh don't think Bill looked well at all, and still believe his health is not in a very good way at all, but it is great that he made it there.

Kenwright pretty much confirmed he is/has been in bad health. Said in his speech he's been at home last few months and HK rang him a few weeks back checking he's alright.

Just had to lock my office door as listening to the tributes, watching the on-line footage and looking at all the photos of the day had me crying like a 59-year baby.
I always knew that as Bally said Everton touches you, but today has really brought it home to me.
