How much more will these players put us through

Ive learned somehow in the last couple of years that Everton is not the focal point in my life anymore.
They can literally ruin a whole 48-72 hours within 90 minutes. Its honestly not worth the aggro anymore for me.

Sure i go the games, sure i watch the ones im not at, sure i come here moaning every week afterwards, but in the main once ive cried on here i just move on.
To be honest its only took me 20 years plus to realise it.

The only thing i can say is that for once Liverpool deserve to win the league so it makes it 0.001% bearable. Im envious rather than jealous.

We should have won that game and just a few short months ago we would have been struggling to do that. I'd rather we boss the game and draw than not be in with a chance right from the off.

It's not a great last few minutes to say the least but it is a lesson learnt that you can't stop concentrating for a second against even the turbo gash of this league. Rather now than if we got to a semi or a final.

fixed that for you...

A few of my mates have managed to distance themselves from football, and I'd desperately like to do the same myself. It would be amazing to not have to plan weekends around having to watch the game or find an internet connection while on holiday to keep up to date with the score. Everton being absolutely pathetic ought to aid with that, and I hope to be Everton-free within a year or two. Of course I'll still support them and look out for the results and watch the odd game, but I don't want my life based around the club that gives so little back to its fans.

Thank God!

If Everton, or football in general, brings so much unhappiness then I suggest taking a backseat from it for a while. It’s just a sport at the end of the day.
This has worked for me.

Of course everton are always there with a beckoning finger, just to ruin my weekend once again. Absolute tart.

I know most replies in this thread will be the usual but people do seriously feel it with Everton and it isn’t healthy. I wouldn’t keep eating a food I didn’t like so wouldn’t keep watching a sport I didn’t like either.
